"Some responses to the consultation were received in blank. So we contacted the people involved and offered them the opportunity to resubmit their comments. If anyone has difficulty submitting the form, we will still accept their answers. "
One of the tenants involved was Louie Burns, of Leasehold Solutions, a company that helps homeowners. "It has become clear that many tenants are losing confidence in the many consultations organized by the government.
"Thousands of people have already spent dozens of hours trying to understand and respond to the many technical questions."
